Refund Policy
When will I receive my refund?
Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 2 business days for the product to be picked up from your location, followed by 24 hours to initiate the refund. After initiation, the refund typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days.
Note: The timeline may vary depending on the mode of payment chosen.
Important: Orders will not be accepted for return if the packaging is torn or in a damaged condition.
What is the refund timeframe?
After a return is raised:

Can I change the mode of payment for my refund?
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the purchase.
What is the duration within which returns are accepted?
Returns must be requested within the timeframe mentioned on the product page or as per the return policy communicated at the time of purchase.

What is the method of refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via Bank Transfer. Customers will be required to share their bank details for the same.
What is the refund policy if the order is lost or undelivered?
If your order is lost or undelivered to your location, Coddura Fashion LLP will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges paid online.
What happens to the shipping or COD charges if I return a delivered order?
If you choose to return a delivered product, shipping and COD charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please email us at care@coddura.in within 6 hours of placing the order, between Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM.
Please note: Some orders may be shipped almost immediately, in which case cancellation may not be possible.
Any paid amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
How long does it take for refunds to process for Debit/Credit Card payments?
Refund timelines depend on your bank.
Banks may send SMS notifications for refunds above ₹5,000.
For refunds under ₹5,000, please check your bank account or credit card statement.
Note: In case of refunds, only the product price will be refunded. Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
Coddura Fashion LLP Return Policy
At Coddura Fashion LLP, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Coddura Fashion LLP website. Any return request for products purchased through our indirect online or offline distributors will not be accepted.
We have a 15-day refund policy, which allows you to return items purchased from coddura.in for any reason within 15 days of receipt of the item.
Exchange Policy – We do not have an exchange policy.
Note: Only Coddura Art Products are eligible for a 7-day exchange. These items can only be exchanged for the same or a different size (if available) and cannot be returned.
Guidelines for a Valid Return:
All product tags must be intact and the product must be in its original packaging
Product must be unused
Product must be unwashed and undamaged
Important: For all claims related to missing items or receiving an incorrect product, please share a video recording of the unboxing process and raise the issue within 24 working hours of delivery. We may not be able to process such claims without video proof.
Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse and it passes our quality check, we will send you a confirmation email.
Returns are free of cost only if:
You received the wrong product (incorrect style)
You received the wrong size (different from what you ordered)
You received a damaged product
In all other cases, shipping charges for returns may apply. If the returned product fails the quality check, it will be shipped back to you.
Note: If your order has been fulfilled from multiple warehouses, returns must be initiated separately for each package.
How to Return a Product to Coddura Fashion LLP:
Create a Return Request under the “My Orders” section on our website. Follow the steps after clicking the 'Return' button.
Keep the item ready for pickup or ship it to us, based on the return mode provided.
We offer a pickup facility at the address used while placing the order.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the scheduled pickup day.
Failure of Product Pickup:
We will make three pickup attempts. If the item is not picked up by the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. For assistance, please contact our customer care at 98999 90772.
Important Notes:
Please ensure you hand over the correct item to the delivery agent during pickup. We are not responsible for incorrect product handover.
If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the product. We will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹100.
